How To Join Us.

We Meet at the Stirrup Cup,
 Woodland Avenue, Barton Seagrave, Kettering, NN15 6QR
every other Monday evening.

The meeting starts at 7.30pm but you will find that many members get there for about 7.00pm.

The Club free sailing days, when you can come
to the lake and meet the other members are 
as follows.

Thursday and Sunday Mornings from 10.00am

Subscriptions


The cost of membership is £15.00 ( this may be subject to revision).

This entitles members to a parking season ticket for the Park at a reduced cost 

Members are then issued with a parking permit by the club to enable them to park in the
Club car park close to the lake.

It should be noted that the general public, including Club members are not permitted to drive across the railway line.

How To Find Us

From the North:

  • Leave the M1 at junction 19 and join the A14, exit at junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs. 
  • Leave the A1 at Stamford taking the A43 to Kettering, following the signage for the A14, join the A14 at junction 7 and travel east, exit at junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs. 
From the South:

  • Leave the M1 at junction 15 and join the A43 to Kettering, then take the A14 (junction 8) east to junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs. 
  • Leave the A1 at the A14 junction and travel West, exit at junction 10 and then follow the Wicksteed Park signs.
